Keeping your data safe
We want you to use the Learning Gain Tool with confidence. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide general analysis information.
Why we need your data
The Learning Gain Tool works by collecting data from registered users responses to rating-scale statements or questions. Your responses to these statements are summarised and made available to you for your own use and benefit. They are also summarised (by programme and other areas) for viewing by your programme or activity organisers. When your data are included in summary analyses for your programme organisers, all personal identifiers are removed. Your data may also form part of written material which may be submitted for publication in practitioner journals or academic outputs.
How long we keep you data
We will keep your personal data for the duration of your programme or activity. At the end of your programme or activity, we may keep your data for up to 5 years and use it for comparison purposes (for example comparing your data to that of other cohorts or groups). When making such comparisons we remove all personal identifiers from the data.
